My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were not only extremely beautiful, decorated in excellent taste, but also offered a spectacular view of the breathtaking Tuscan countryside. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the Tuscan area, being in the old city with parking right in front of the hotel. Although the dining experience was lovely, it lacked a bit of sophistication. The facilities were outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers large and beautiful rooms with warm wooden floors, a wooden cabinet, and a sofa that are super clean and well-decorated. The most comfortable bed of our 3-week vacation made our stay exceptional. The design of the room was very clean and unique. Service was exceptional, with warm, friendly staff offering helpful suggestions and booking restaurants every night, making our stay truly memorable. The location is wonderfully situated between Siena and San Gimignano, in the old Palace-Palazzo Pacini, offering lovely views. The dining experience was comprehensive and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel offers beautiful and super romantic rooms, very spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a superb climate control system. Pietro was kind enough to change the room for us at no extra charge. The rooms were comfy, clean, very well kitted out, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional, from the moment we stepped in until we left, with a strong focus on hospitality and going above and beyond with day tour suggestions, restaurant recommendations, and more. The location is wonderfully situated between Siena and San Gimignano with parking in front of the hotel, making it perfect to explore the Tuscan area. The dining experience was fabulous, with homemade delights like omelettes, breads, yogurts, and fruits. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall experience.

I stayed in the spacious and beautifully decorated 'Duchess Room. ' The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of the countryside were fabulous. The hotel exudes an artistic atmosphere, making my stay truly memorable. While the room was lovely, some noise from the lively township could be heard at times, slightly impacting the overall tranquility.
